Pukar is a user led organisation. Trustees, staff and volunteers have lived experience of caring and disability and dealing with long term health issues.

Trustees and staff are multi lingual have experience of Management, Community Development, Teaching, Organisational Development, Business Development, Project Management, Social Work, Finance and many more areas.
